This sweet and gently spicy sauce is made with cassava root syrup, scotch bonnet peppers and fragrant spices like cinnamon. You might have just read, scotch bonnet peppers and thought, “that’s too hot for me.” Not to fret, we’ve taken the time to simmer a sauce that’s layered with flavours, but not overwhelming.
