This fiery cooking sauce gets its heat from red chili peppers complemented by aromatic seasonings such as Thai basil, lemon grass, coriander and lime leaves. Use it to add instant Thai-inspired flavour to beef, pork and chicken. Also excellent for shrimp and mussels.
