Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)PC®Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Cold Pressed
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)Extra Chunky Mild Salsa
- 2/3 cup (150 mL)PC®Memories Of Szechwan Spicy Peanut Satay Sauce
- 1 lb (500 g)Boneless pork loin chops
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)35% Whipping cream
How to make
- Step 1In large frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes perside or until browned and cooked through.
- Step 2Meanwhile, in small saucepan stir together Memories sauce, salsa and lemon juice; cook overmedium-high heat until hot. Remove from heat. Stir in cream.
- Step 3Transfer pork chops to serving platter. Pour sauce over.
