Ingredients
- 8 oz (250 g)PC® Lactose-Free Old Cheddar Cheese
- 2/3 cup (150 mL)PC® Lactose-Free 14% M.F. Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)Dark or amber ale
- 1Jalapeno, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced with seeds
- 3 tbsp (45 mL)Chopped, drained pickled jalapeno peppers
How to make
- Step 1In saucepan; heat cheese and sour cream over medium-low heat for 4 minutes; stirring; or until cheese is melted. Stir in ale; jalapeno and pickled jalapeno. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted pita wedges.
